Every hike is a new adventure-- you never know what will happen! Some surprises are fun, like spotting an owl. Other surprises remind you why the things you learn in Scouting are so important. Come learn how to have a safe and successful hike, and meet a few critters along the way while earning your complete required adventure.

Germs Alive!

Why is it important to wash your hands? Why is snot important to your health? How does keeping your room clean keep you healthy? How do keepers and veterinarians keep the zoo animals safe from the yucky world of germs? Find out the answers to these questions while earning your complete elective adventure.

Do you like camping? Did you know that Bears know special skills that make camping even more fun? We'll practice some of these skills, make yummy treats, take home your own "6 Essentials" pack, and learn the best way to explore the outdoors while earning your required adventure.

Aware and Care

Everyone has differences, and everyone faces challenges. That's what makes us human. Earn your complete elective adventure while learning about the challenges other people face by looking at the world through their eyes. We will also visit with a few animals who help epople deal with these challenges every day.

OVERNIGHT PROGRAMS

Ocean S.O.S.

Friday, March 24, 7:00pm-9:00am (All Cub and Boy Scouts)

All water leads to the ocean... and your trash can end up there too! Come learn about how our choices affect ocean critters and the place they call home. We'll start saving species by making our own reusable bag then have a morning chat with an ocean expert from our marine mammal team. Evening snack and light breakfast provided. Please pack lightly. Pre-registration is required. Cost: $30/child, $15/adult.
