The Oklahoma City Zoo’s School’s Out Day Camps offer unique experiences for students during the school season.
In coordination with Oklahoma City Public Schools and surrounding districts’ calendars, the OKC Zoo’s education team will host day camps for students ages 4 to 11 when school is out. Children will focus on connecting with and caring for wildlife as they enjoy craft activities, meeting animal ambassadors, exhibit tours and other fun-filled, educational activities.
Upcoming School’s Out Day Camps we be held on Monday, August 13, Tuesday, August 14 and Friday, August 15. Cost per camper/day is $40 (members) and $45 (nonmembers) and limited spaces are available. Camp runs from 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. at the Rosser Conservation Education Center at the far east end of the OKC Zoo parking lot. Snacks are provided, but campers must bring their lunch. Parents or guardians are required to provide a copy of their child's immunizations. Registration is available online at okczoo.org/camps or by phone at (405) 425-0218.
