Requirements

• Complete the Group Volunteer Registration Form a minimum of two weeks prior to your desired project date

• We can generally accommodate groups of 3 – 30 people. Large groups may be split between multiple projects throughout the Zoo.

• If you have a group larger than 30 individuals, please email volunteers@okczoo.org so we may make special accommodations

• Group volunteers should be at least 16 years of age. If your group has individuals younger than 16, please email volunteers@okczoo.org so we may discuss special accommodations.

• All participants are required to complete a liability waiver and emergency contact form in advance of the confirmed project date.

• School groups must provide contact information of their faculty advisor

• Completion of the group Volunteer Registration Form does not confirm your project. Groups are confirmed on a first come first served basis. You will receive a separate confirmation email once your group has been confirmed.
