Lancer: Kitchen Manager

Work in the prepared meals division of Lancer Hospitality. Ideal candidate would be self-motivator who enjoys working as a team member and can help maintain a clean, safe work environment. Will prepare, cook and package a variety of 'ready to eat' foods, oversee the food production process in accordance with company standards and procedures and oversee and supervise culinary staff during production.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • 2 year culinary degree or related experience

Experience:

  • Prior supervisory in a culinary setting.
  • 3 years as a sous chef or kitchen manager in a production setting.

Licenses or Certifications

  • Serv-Safe Certified within 30 days.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean background check

Knowledge, Skills

  • Must be able to follow written recipes and instructions in English
  • Well developed interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasic commitment to customer service
