On Friday, July 17 OKC’s City Council approved a mask ordinance for the City of Oklahoma City. This ordinance requires everyone ages 11 and up to wear a mask while inside of an indoor public space. The current order is scheduled to expire on September 8. Sip and Stroll can be experienced exclusively outdoors, however there are a few indoors spaces that will be open and accessible to attendees. Guest Services, buildings in the Great EscApe and Cat Forest habitats, and the Lotus Pavilion in Sanctuary Asia will all be spaces that will require a mask to enter.
For all attendees and daily Zoo visitors, masks are encouraged and can be purchased at our outdoor restaurants, Best of Oklahoma and Big Rock BBQ, and in the Lotus Pavilion in Sanctuary Asia.
